How to Get Melted Heart of Selig in Diablo 4
The only way to get the Melted Heart of Selig is to be playing in World Tier 4 and be at least level 85+ for a chance for the item to drop as loot from opening chests and defeating enemies.
There have only been a few confirmed cases of Uber Unique items, as they have an extremely low chance of dropping as loot. It could take a significantly long period to see one drop, if at all.
Lead Class Designer for Diablo 4, Adam Jackson, recently confirmed the Melted Heart of Selig as being one of the six Uber Unique Items in Diablo 4:
You must be playing in World Tier 4 (Torment) difficulty for the Melted Heart of Selig to be able to drop. To access World Tier 4, you must complete the Fallen Temple Capstone Dungeon in the Dry Steppes Region while playing in World Tier 3.
Despite being able to access World Tier 4 when you reach level 70, this Uber Unique Item cannot drop unless you are at least level 85+ or above.
Once you have met these requirements, you are free to hunt for the Melted Heart of Selig in Diablo 4… though don’t get your hopes up.
Just as with all other loot in the game, the Melted Heart of Selig will drop by way of random chance when defeating enemies and opening chests.
Though its chances to drop are significantly lower than all other items, there are a few ways you can slightly increase your chances to see this Uber Unique drop:
- Play in World Tier 4
- Defeat Elite Enemies
- Run through Nightmare Dungeons
- Take part in Legion Events
- Complete Whispers of the Dead requests
- Defeat World Bosses
- Open reward chests
