After a whopping four years, Gris finally arrives on Xbox consoles today, and we have now picked up the atmospheric platformer’s achievement list.
Gris launched back in 2018 for Nintendo Switch and PC before coming to PS4 a year later. Now, Xbox players can see what all the fuss is about as the well-received platformer is now available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. As we suspected, the Gris achievements are identical to the Gris trophies, minus a platinum. As described in its Xbox store listing, Gris is a “serene and evocative experience, free of danger, frustration, or death. Players will explore a meticulously designed world brought to life with delicate art, detailed animation, and an elegant original score. Through the game light puzzles, platforming sequences, and optional skill-based challenges will reveal themselves as more of Gris’ world becomes accessible.”
When Gris launched four years ago, it received excellent reviews from both critics and players. On Steam, the platformer sits with a well-deserved ‘Overwhelmingly Positive’ rating from over 51,000 reviews, whereas on Metacritic, it has a Metascore of 84.

GRIS
Gris is a hopeful young girl lost in her own world, dealing with a painful experience in her life. Her journey through sorrow is manifested in her dress, which grants new abilities to better navigate her faded reality.
