A brand-new Hisuian Discoveries event will be landing in Pokemon GO soon – here’s everything you need to know!
Events in Pokemon GO are always exciting but this could be one of the best in the game for a long time!
Finally, in celebration of the Hisui region from Legends: Arceus, Pokemon GO is getting some new Pokemon from the region in the Hisuian Discoveries event.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Hisuian Discoveries event in Pokemon GO!
Pokemon GO Hisuian Discoveries Event Start & End Date
The Hisuian Discoveries event in Pokemon GO will begin at 10 AM local time on Wednesday, July 27. It will last almost a whole week and conclude at 8 PM local time on Tuesday, August 2.
The event will bring plenty of new content to the game like new Raids and a new 7km egg pool. However, the highlight is definitely the new Hisuian Pokemon coming to the game.
New Hisuian Pokemon
These Hisuian Pokemon will be making their Pokemon GO debuts during the event:
- Hisuian Growlithe
- Hisuian Qwilfish
- Hisuian Sneasel

All Wild Pokemon in the Hisuian Discoveries Event

Hisuian Pokemon in 7km Eggs
The 7km egg pool has also been refreshed and will now contain all of the Hisuian Pokemon currently in Pokemon GO!
This means you’ll want to hatch as many as you can during the Hisuian Discoveries event.
New Pokemon in Raids
The Raid Bosses are also changing in the Pokemon GO Hisuian Discoveries event. Fan-favorites like Chansey, Togetic, and Shinx will be Raid bosses.

Hisui Cup in the GO Battle League
Next, there will be a brand-new cup in the GO Battle League to celebrate the Hisui region too!
In the Hisui Cup, you will only be able to use Pokemon discovered in the Hisui region or with the Pokedex number #387 to #493. This will make putting together battle teams a challenge!

Field Research Tasks & Collection Challenges
There will also be new Field Research Tasks and Collection Challenges for players to complete during the Pokemon GO Hisuian Discoveries event.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus Outfits & Event Stickers
Finally, the Hisuian Discoveries event will also add new Pokemon Legends: Arceus outfits for your Pokemon GO Avatar.
There will also be event-themed stickers that players can find by spinning Pokestops during the event.
