Destiny 2 has a new crazy glitch that players can use to deal over a million damage with a single shot against enemies in the PvE world.
The new glitch revolves around the Blight Ranger Exotic Helmet with the Voltaic Intrinsic ability, which allows players to redirect attacks with their Arc staff that deal massively increased damage and generate Orbs of Powers for their allies.
The glitch discovered by the Destiny 2 community allows for players to redirect attacks with a 5x increase, which means that with certain setups players can hit bosses with damage values between 1-2 million on a single shot.
In the video linked above, YouTuber selFu explained the workings of the glitch, as players will need to deflect an attack right before the damage registers for it to work. Moreover, when it comes to dealing damages with Supers, players will need to deflect the attack during the animation.
Parasite Exotic Grenade Launcher
Players can use various setups that provide the highest DPS. With most weapons which are paired with debuffs and buffs, players will have an opportunity to dish anywhere between 200,000 to 350,000 damage.
However, with the Blight Ranger Exotic Helmet glitch, players can provide a 5x increase to the DPS and deal damage of over a million, which helps with one-shot killing most bosses in PvE modes. One such setup that players can use is the Parasite Exotic Grenade Launcher which has the Worm’s Hunger intrinsic ability. Without the glitch, this weapon will dish out damages north of 300,000. However, with the Blight Ranger glitch, players are look at damage numbers of over 1.5 million in a single shot.
It remains to be seen if Bungie will patch this glitch anytime soon. However, until then, players should make sure to use this as it definitely makes life easier for Guardians against the beefy bosses in the PvE world.
