Battle breaks out at Minneapolis North women basketball sport in opposition to Patrick Henry – CBS Information

MINNEAPOLIS — A highschool basketball sport ended early Tuesday night after a combat broke out amongst college students in Minneapolis.
In keeping with Minneapolis Public Colleges, the incident occurred with minutes left within the women basketball sport between Minneapolis North and Patrick Henry Excessive Faculty and concerned gamers and college students from each groups.
Faculty officers suspended play and the combat had ended by the point police arrived.
The Minneapolis college district says North and Patrick Henry are working with district management and the Minnesota State Excessive Faculty League to convey college students from each groups collectively and “restore any hurt accomplished to our faculty communities or the northside neighborhood.”
The MSHSL will concern an official report on the incident after conducting an investigation.
