What are your NYE plans? Got tickets for Chiefs – Bengals? Perhaps you want to sit down and watch the Times Square ball drop, or maybe you’re getting ready to party. Well, Taylor Swift may be pulling on her red jersey and heading to Arrowhead Stadium to watch the Chiefs as they play against the Bengals (4:25 p.m. ET/1:25 p.m. PT.), so if you’re at a loose end, you could always keep an eye on the tie and look out for the singer.
Given the huge stakes for the game – win or a tie for the Chiefs will take them into the postseason as division champions – questions are being asked as to whether the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer will make it five in a row, or if there is going to be a blank space on her attendance sheet this season.
Despite the solid recent record of popping up from behind the glass at Arrowhead Stadium (If we look back to December, she attended every Chiefs game), neither Swift nor Kelce have publicly commented on if she will attend the upcoming game on New Year’s Eve, causing eyebrows to be raised at her currently unknown NYE plans.

Long story short, the Chiefs and Bengals last played against each other during the 2023 AFC championship on January 29, when a last-minute field goal saw the Chiefs grab a 23-20 victory, putting them in the Super Bowl.
This time around, there is a bit of bad blood in the game. Ja’Marr Chase of the Bengals recently had his say on the clash, saying that the Chiefs “have nothing. They just know how to defend us, things that we do sometimes,” said Chase. “They run a lot of double coverage on our best players and that’s it. It’s not like they have a Jalen Ramsey on their team.”
The singer is set to get back to touring the world on February 7, when she is set to play in Japan before the plane turns around and flies off to Europe for yet another leg of the incredibly lucrative experience.
