Xbox is keeping quiet at the moment!
December and January are always strange times for Xbox Game Pass. We get very little in the back half of December to shout about, and we’re usually kept in the dark about what’s to come in January as well.
That’s the case once again this year, as we haven’t had a Game Pass addition since December 14th, and Team Xbox has shown no signs of revealing much about January 2024. However, we do know of two games that are definitely launching on Xbox Game Pass in January – those are Turnip Boy Robs A Bank and Go Mecha Ball.
As for the rest? Well, we should find out more around the start of the year – we’re thinking maybe January 2nd – and at that point we’ll hopefully have a bunch of extra additions to shout about. For now though, it’s just those two!

What sort of January did we have this year @FraserG ? I remember it being equally quiet last year at this time, but did we step into this year's January with a decent batch? I can't recall!
@Kaloudz It was fantastic in the end! Hi-Fi RUSH, GoldenEye 007, Age of Empires 2, Persona 3 and 4, Monster Hunter Rise and others.

Well some drops of the ABK collection would be nice and if we get a Showcase early in 2024 that would be good. I really enjoyed Turnip Boy last year!
Will probably be some shadow drops. Makes sense to keep things quiet before Christmas to maximize actual game sales.
I was happily surprised when they dropped the Remnant games a couple weeks ago with no forewarning.
Didn't realise I wanted or needed a sequel to Turnip Boy but as long as it doesn't outstay its welcome, I'll be delighted.
First Turnip Boy was a blast so looking forward to the sequel!
I am just waiting for Activision-Blizzard's catalogue to hit Gamepass.

@Tasuki Just a matter of time. I reckon we will get legacy ABK. Anything and everything Calm of Duty – 2019 and before, as well as Crash, Spyro, and everything Diablo 3 and backwards. Then at a later date (perhaps E3 time) we will get everything else, plus day one.
