The 2023-24 CFP championship game is set for Jan. 8.
The CFP begins with two semifinal games on Monday, Jan. 1. Winners then advance to the championship game the following Monday.

This will be the 10th edition of the CFP title game — and the last of the four-team era before expansion to 12 teams. Georgia has won the last two titles.
This year’s championship game is in Houston. There are two upcoming determined championship sites:
Three of the four semifinalists this year have previous history in the College Football Playoff. The fourth, Texas, is the No. 3 seed and is making its CFP debut.
Alabama, ranked No. 4, has the most appearances with eight. The Crimson Tide are also the only team in this year’s field that has a CFP national championship — and they have three.
