Another free theme is up for grabs!
A couple of weeks ago we covered Nintendo’s announcement that not one, but two Maximus Cups would be coming to Tetris 99 to close out 2023. Maximus Cup 38 is the second of those tournaments and it will begin this Thursday, December 14, 2023. The theme this time is based on Super Mario Bros. Wonder, which you can see in motion right here:
The tournament will run until December 18, 2023. As ever, players must compete to earn 100 event points in order to permanently unlock the Mario Wonder theme for use in Tetris 99 after the cup concludes.
