Ironwood Studios upcoming Pacific Drive was originally planned to likely already be available by now, however a delay announced back in August which pushed the release into Spring 2024.
We still don’t know that exact release date, but now we do know that players will be able to purchase a physical deluxe edition of Pacific Drive on PS5 when the game does launch.
The deluxe edition will include a physical disc of the game, three art cards, a 24 page traveler’s journal and a reversible cover for the game’s box.
There will also of course be some in-game items, namely cosmetics for your station wagon. You can currently pre-order the physical edition now.
Pacific Drive is a first-person driving survival game where you’ll be driving on procedurally generated roads, gathering resources to survive and upgrade your station wagon to make the perilous journey.
With the physical edition now revealed and up for pre-order, it could be possible that a specific release date comes out soon. With The Game Awards right around the corner, it could arrive in little less than two weeks.
