When making a Call of Duty loadout, selecting each perk is an important decision, but in MW3, they have been renamed, and we have a full conversion list of what perk each item represents.
While titled MW3, this latest game is more close to the original Modern Warfare 2, with the game featuring all of the 2009 title’s maps.
With no “perks” available, we had a go at looking at each Vest, Glove, Boot and Gear comparing them to their MW2 counterpart. Here is the full MW3 Perk Conversion list.
Perk Conversion List
Here is every Vest, Glove, Boot and Gear in MW3 and the corresponding perk from the original Modern Warfare 2.
Do note some of these may not be directly the same but contain similar properties to the original perks. Meanwhile, some will have no comparison.
Vests
- Infantry Vest → Marathon
- Increases Tac Sprint duration and reduces refresh time.
- Engineer Vest → Sitrep
- Spot enemy equipment, Field Upgrades, and Killstreaks through walls.
- Faster Field Upgrade recharge.
- Gunner Vest → Scavenger Pro & Sleight of Hand
- Deploy with Max Ammo and improve reload speed.
- Demolition Vest → N/A
- Resupply Lethal and Tactical equipment every 25 seconds.
- CCT Comms Vest → N/A
- Increased duration enemies stay on radar and zoom out radar for you and nearby allies.
- Enemies you kill drop intel packs, which ping on the radar for you and your allies when collected.
- Overkill Vest → N/A
- Increased weapon swap speed.
- Reload while sprinting.
Gloves
- Quick-Grip Gloves → N/A
