This might actually be good news if, like this writer, you’ve found yourself overwhelmed by the torrent of video game releases this past year. Batman: Arkham Trilogy was initially set for an October 13 launch, but is now being delayed into December. December 1, 2023, to be specific, is the new targeted launch date for the game. The development team made the announcement via the official Batman Arkham X account:

Batman Arkham Trilogy for Nintendo Switch will now launch on December 1, 2023. More time is needed to bring players the best possible experience on Nintendo Switch. We apologize to fans who are excited to play this version of the tirlogy. Thank you for your patience.
It’s a little disappointing to see such a prominent release not hitting its targeted release date, but at least it isn’t too far out. Batman: Arkham Trilogy should come to Switch just in time to meet everyone’s holiday shopping needs, at the very least.
