EA releases plenty of games throughout the year, but some of the most important ones revolve around various sports games they develop. EA FC, Madden, NHL, Formula 1, UFC, or PGA Tour.

To contact and get connected with EA Live Chat or EA Support in general, you need to head to their official EA Help page and log into your account. Once logged in, you can select which game you need help with and choose from a list of issues to get help.
- Head to the EA Help Page.
- Login using the EA Account that you are having issues with.
- Choose from either Game Support.
- Select the game that is giving you trouble.
- You will see a list of Top Topics here. If you do not see your issue, then choose “See all help topics” in order to see the complete list of issues.
- Choose the issue that most closely resembles your problem.
- After you choose an issue, you should see a list of options available to you.
- Choose “Chat With Us” to place yourself in a queue in order to speak with a live representative.
Some options will take you to fill out an email form that will open up a case instead of displaying an option to chat live with EA Support. From here, you’ll need to wait for an immediate response before you can continue.
If you want to avoid this, you can choose “I want a refund” from the Top Topics in order to access the chat feature and speak to a representative. However, using this method may prompt the representative to transfer you over to email or send you a link to a FAQ page.
Make sure to clearly state that you’ve already tried methods shown on the EA Help site to solve your issue but were unsuccessful and need further assistance.
