Insomniac Games‘ massively anticipated Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 may take up as at least 98GB on your PS5 hard drive, according to the packaging for the limited edition console that’s now finding itself in the hands of content creators and pre-order customers.
The box says that the upcoming superhero title will require a minimum of 98GB, which if you know your games well enough, will remember this is significantly bigger than Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales. This is hardly surprising though, as the game is said to greatly expand on the New York City setting and features two playable characters in Peter Parker and Miles Morales.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is scheduled for release on October 20, 2023 for PS5, and sees Miles and Peter battling against multiple super villains including Kraven the Hunter and Venom. Peter will gain access to the powers of the symbiote, increasing his prowess in combat but also alters his personality to become more aggressive.
A listing for the game on the PlayStation Store has revealed that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will feature a range of accessibility features, including the ability to slow down time.
