I'm the guy that posted earlier this week about the Xbox lost due to fire. Well the Xbox works just fine the outer case has damage but it's fine. I took it apart cleaned what soot was inside it which was very little. The power button does not work and stays illuminated when the Xbox is off. It can only be turned on with a controller now. I think has she not had one of those RGB cooling fans on the top it would have melted the fan on the Xbox but it's fine other than the power button and the cosmetic damage it works fine I haven't played a game on it but I've had it run for an hour and nothing. Probably significantly decreased the life span but it works and looks unique now. Her PS4 also still works just fine it's got some minor cosmetic damage to the top cover and that's it. submitted by /u/gladiatorbong |
