Activision has been receiving a lot of criticism for Call of Duty Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0 for a few days now. One of the multiple reasons here is Call of Duty’s server issue. However, we have received a new update from Activision announcing that they have addressed the issue.
Call of Duty’s Modern Warfare II has long been facing server issues, which finally got acknowledged by the developers on April 20, much to the respite of desperate and frustrated players. The company also updated its Trello board with a card for the same.
Activision’s latest update regarding the server issues came on May 10. The company announced in a tweet that its investigation into the server-related issue reports have “uncovered a network buffer memory issue.” It went on to add that it has now addressed the issue, with its teams “actively” engaging in “mitigation of further issues.”
We are aware of a recent uptick in server-related issue reports. Investigations uncovered a network buffer memory issue that we have since addressed. Our teams are actively engaged in mitigation of further issues. We are committed to continued progress and will update as we are… https://t.co/TNOa8ek9Kc

The update continues to be met with hostility from gamers, who pointed out how Modern Warfare II allegedly has had issues since day one. Some even pointed out on the Twitter thread that the game was performing better in its beta stages, compared to its current condition.
Your servers have issues since DAY 1, more than 6 MONTHS with a trash game beeing one of the companies which more money earn yearly say a lot about how much you care your community.
And Warzone 2.0 have not only “server issues”, the game have issues in every field.

However, as the developers now inform, the server-issues should mostly be mitigated, but players’ woes don’t end here. The latest is another newly released bundle, Roze and Thorn, that players dub to be “pay-to-win” one.
Roze and Thorn bundle and controversy around its ‘pay-to-win’ nature
The Roze and Thorn bundle, which is now live, includes a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) bonus effect for Warzone’s DMZ mode. It reveals enemy locations for 30 seconds to the player on their mini-map. This, naturally, is a huge advantage, that you can now simply buy with the Roze and Thorn bundle.
As it is, Activision has been on the receiving end of flak for such similar bundles that you can pay for to win a huge advantage in the game, especially in the DMZ mode. Players were already raising their voice against this particular Roze and Thorn bundle even before it was out. Activision has now released the bundle as it was, without considering the feedback that it received from the community.
