
Studio Gobo has announced on Twitter that the company has now become an official Guerrilla Games co-development partner for the Horizon franchise, and is now hiring for various roles within the studio. The studio has previously been involved with co-developing Hogwarts Legacy for WB Games and the forthcoming Redfall on Xbox Series systems for Arkane under the Microsoft/Bethesda label.
Guerrilla Games launched the Horizon franchise in 2017 with Horizon Zero Dawn, having worked on Killzone for a number of years on PS2, PS3 and PS4. While the studio is currently working on the expansion to Horizon Forbidden West known as Burning Shores, there’s also a number of other projects in the pipeline for the series.
One of these is upcoming PSVR 2 launch game Horizon Call of the Mountain, which was co-developed by Guerrilla Games and Firesprite Studios.

Beyond that, a job listing at Guerrilla Games revealed that it is working on a co-op game set in the Horizon universe, and there’s rumours another studio is working on a remaster of Horizon Zero Dawn for PS5.
