Halo Infinite has recently announced through a blog post that a new live event called Joint Fire will be starting from January 17 and last all the way till January 31, 2023. Through Joint Fire, players will be provided with a free 10-tier Event Pass featuring Halo: Reach-themed rewards.

Through the Joint Fire Event, players will be able to assemble the JFO-class Mjolnir, which was featured originally in Halo: Reach. The assembling part of it will be done by completing Event Challenges in the Joint Ops playlist. Check out the developer’s description for Covert One Flag below:
Covert One Flag is 4v4 CTF with one flag up for grabs over multiple rounds. Attackers have unlimited active camouflage while defenders have unlimited threat sensors, with plenty of cat ‘n’ mouse “spies versus mercenaries” carnage to ensue.
Here are the challenges that players would need to complete in order to claim the Halo Infinite Joint Fire Rewards:
- No Site Unseen: In this challenge, players need to win 2 rounds in joint ops for a reward of 100 XP.
- Strout Defense: For this challenge, players will need to kill 5 Enemy Spartans with the Sidekick or Bulldog in Joint Ops for a reward of 100XP.
- Sneaking Suspicion: For this one, players will have to complete one match in Joint Ops for a reward of 150 XP.
- Quiet Vigilance: For a reward of 200XP, players will have to kill or assist 30 times in Joint Ops.
- Quiet Vigilance: For a reward of 100XP, players will have to kill or assist 10 times in Joint Ops.
- Strout Defense: For this challenge, players will need to kill 5 Enemy Spartans with the Sidekick or Bulldog in Joint Ops for a reward of 150XP.
- No Site Unseen: In this challenge, players will have to win 10 matches in Joint Ops for a reward of 200XP.
- Sneak King: For this challenge, players will need to earn a cumulative personal score 1500 to get a reward of 100XP.
- No Site Unseen: In this challenge, players will have to win 10 matches in Joint Ops for a reward of 150XP.
- Sneak King: For this challenge, players will need to earn a cumulative personal score 1500 to get a reward of 200XP.
