The 2025 Gamers Period Competition has expanded to 18 males’s groups and 4 ladies’s groups. Within the males’s event, Michigan routed Gonzaga, 101-61, for the title.
All 18 males’s groups performed Monday, Nov. 24 and Tuesday, Nov. 25 in pre-set matchups, which decided the championship matchups on Wednesday, Nov. 26. Groups that end 2-0 getting into Wednesday have been the primary to qualify for the Gamers Period Championship sport and the third place sport, with 1-1 groups to comply with. Tiebreakers will probably be decided by level differential, factors scored and factors allowed. All males’s video games on Wednesday and Thursday have been decided following Tuesday’s closing video games. 
As for the ladies’s matchups, which function three of the 2024 Ladies’s Closing 4 groups, they may play in semifinal matchups on Wednesday, Nov. 26, with the championship and third place sport set for Nov. 27 on Thanksgiving Day.
