Fort Collins’ Toy, Recreation, and Puzzle Library has a powerful lineup. Its DIY-ed cabinets and donated bookcases are stuffed with chess units, board video games and bins of magnetiles. Its indoor play space is lined with pop-up youngsters tents, play buying carts and plastic tea units.
