BALTIMORE — The Astros positioned Taylor Trammell on the 10-day injured record with a cervical muscle pressure on Thursday after he crashed into the wall within the first inning of Wednesday’s 7-2 loss to the Tigers at Comerica Park and was carted from the sphere.
