FIFA 23’s Black Friday event is coming soon!
This campaign is always an exciting time in FIFA, and with the World Cup alongside it, there will certainly be a lot for FUT players to do!
The FIFA Black Friday events are always filled with non-stop content, so here is everything we can expect!
FIFA 23 Black Friday Release & End Date
FIFA 23’s Black Friday campaign will begin on Friday, 25 November 2022 at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM GMT.
The Black Friday event will also include Cyber Monday meaning the campaign will end on Tuesday, 29 November 2022 at 6 AM PT / 9 AM ET / 2 PM GMT.
These are time times the campaign event started and ended in both FIFA 21 and FIFA 22.

Packs and Lightning Rounds
EA Sports FIFA will be releasing new packs into the FUT store every one to two hours. The packs will either be a standard limit or a global limit.
Lightning Rounds is the name provided for packs that have a global limit. Here is how Lightning Rounds work!
Let’s say, for example, a 100,000 coins pack is released with a 50,000 global limit. Once 50,000 of these packs have been opened by the whole FUT community on that console, they will be removed from the store!
Best of TOTW
The Best of TOTW is a squad of the best Team of the Week items released across FUT up until Black Friday.
This squad will be available in packs throughout the whole weekend!

Flash SBCs & Objectives
Flash SBCs are limited-time SBCs that offer players or high-value packs! These SBCs will only be available for one or two hours so make sure you complete them quickly!
In FUT 22, Troy Deeney was awarded a Flash SBC moments card!
We will also see a wide range of new objectives to complete across the campaign weekend! These objectives will be for players and packs!
Upgrade SBCs
There will be a wide variety of different upgrade SBCs released across the event. These upgrade SBCs will be league-specific packs as well as general rating packs such as 80+ upgrades!
We expect to see the return of fan-favorite upgrades such as the following:
- Premium Premier League Upgrade Pack
- Premium Bundesliga Upgrade Pack
- Premium La Liga Upgrade Pack
- Premium Serie A Upgrade Pack
- Premium Ligue 1 Upgrade Pack
These packs contain 12 players and 3 Rares with only players from the specified leagues being in the contents of the pack!
Daily Login Rewards
We will most likely see Daily Login Rewards. EA will be distributing these rewards through completing Daily SBCs.
The more Daily SBCs you complete, the higher reward you will receive!
In FUT 22, the Daily Login’s final reward was a Mega Pack.
In FUT 21 and FUT 22, the Black Friday campaign contained a new promo squad. In FUT 21, it was a squad of Record Breakers, and in FUT 22, it was Signature Signings.
With the World Cup events on at the same time in FIFA 23, it is unlikely we will receive a brand-new promo squad specifically for Black Friday.
The Road to the World Cup promo is coming on the same day as Black Friday so we will see the items from this promo alongside this campaign!
Will There Be FUT 23 Discounts on Black Friday?
No. Despite Black Friday being about discounts and cheaper items, EA Sports do not adopt this approach.
Instead, more content is released rather than discounted content!
