Retro compilation Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration has a confirmed release date — the collection is heading to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in just a couple of weeks, on November 11th, and the achievements are now live.
Atari 50 previously only had a vague ‘winter’ launch window, but it has now been confirmed that this compilation will land on Xbox on November 11th. It brings together over 100 classic (and not-so-classic) games from gaming’s yesteryear, including Lynx and Jaguar titles for the first time on modern systems, all wrapped up in a huge interactive timeline that features plenty of behind-the-scenes material and over an hour of new interview content. It will also introduce six new and reimagined takes on some of Atari’s most famous games.
In addition, we have picked up the Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration achievement list. There are 20 achievements worth a total of 1,000 Gamerscore, and none of them are secret. Most relate to those new titles debuting in Atari 50, so don’t worry — it’s not going to force you to play 2,600 rounds of Combat or anything like that! Check out the full list below.
