Now it seems like that file size is even bigger after a screenshot appeared on Twitter showing a player with a God of War Ragnarok PS4 download size of nearly 120 GB.

The final God of War Ragnarok size is 118.509 GB according to a screenshot Twitter user @lfnoelb took of his PS4 dashboard while downloading the game (thanks Reddit). It’s unknown whether this includes a day one patch or whether this is the vanilla file size for the game. This is a 25% markup on the previous PS4 file size, which had been believed to be 90.6 GB. There are no details as to the size of the game on PS5, although this will also likely vary by region.
The good news is that players can preload the game. Santa Monica Studio hasn’t confirmed when this will be, although the PS5 dashboard had seemingly leaked a preload date of November 2 ready for the game’s release on November 9.
