It seems that the reveals just keep coming for Gotham Knights. We just got a gameplay launch trailer for the game yesterday, but I guess every big game always needs a flashy cinematic trailer.

Though other trailers have put focus on incoming villains like Harley Quinn, Clayface, and the Court of Owls, this one really emphasizes on the members of the Bat-Family Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin, and Red Hood.
I’m not sure if this has also been confirmed in previous trailers, but at least we know that Alfred is still alive in this timeline.
If anything, there could be some kind of vast conspiracy when it comes to the fate of Batman. Maybe the Court of Owls has done something with him in this timeline, but I guess for the game’s story to really have any impact, we really need to see the world of Gotham without its most infamous protector.
Maybe one of the Gotham Knights will become Batman by the end of the game, but I guess that would leave too many questions. Then again, with four playable characters, maybe we could expect four alternate endings? It’s just a guess.
The Knight has fallen over Gotham and a new guard must rise. It’s Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin’s turn to be the protectors that Gotham needs. It’s up to them to watch over each other and keep Gotham safe. The Knight is theirs.
Gotham Knights is set to launch Oct. 25 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
