2x Stardust for catching Pokemon is the bonus for the October 11 Haunter Spotlight Hour.
This means that you’ll want to catch as many Pokemon as possible if you’re after XP.
Just make sure to use the Pokemon GO IV search filter so you can easily find out which Haunter to keep and which to transfer!
Can You Catch Shiny Haunter in Pokemon GO?
You can’t catch a shiny Haunter in Pokemon GO but you can evolve a shiny Gastly into a shiny Haunter and then a shiny Gengar.
