I just bought a series X console just over a week ago. Came with a controller and rechargable batteries but no charge cable. I bought it brand new from game stop. The batteries seemed to be amazing and took nearly a week of game play to die, then I used one of my own charge cables that I use for my phone to charge them. This is the battery after 3 days of continuous charging. It’ll show half a battery when removed from the charger but after 2 minutes it goes back down and says batteries low. I’ve left it plugged in while sleeping and at work but it just floats around this battery status no matter what.
Is thus a common issue? Is there anything I can do?
