NEW YORK — Florida Panthers ahead Sam Bennett has been fined $5,000, the utmost allowable beneath the Collective Bargaining Settlement, for roughing Pittsburgh Penguinsforward Drew O'Connor throughout NHL Sport No. 615 in Florida on Friday, Jan. 3, the Nationwide Hockey League’s Division of Participant Security introduced as we speak.
