No, that part (in my experience as engineer) is the part the customer gets that details soak tests. In this case HDMI, power button, noise level, connectivity etc. In my case it was industrial and domestic sewing machines and office equipment so needle travel, straight line stitching, foot pedal etc.
So that just details what we tested and the actual faulty component was not listed if it was under warrenty. You don’t want the customer to think there is an inherant fault with your product like a power supply, so they didn’t need those details. If it was out of warrenty then they would get charged that part and obviously see that needed replacing. The last thing you want is for the customer to loose cobfidence and spread by word of mouth or on the internet that there may be a huge screw up with all capacitors in all xbox.
So you get the list to show what we tested, and they all found to be working. But not what we changed or replaced to get it to that point. Hope that helps
