Shift Up coupled with Sony have been sued over the title of their extremely common PlayStation unique, Stellar Blade. Louisiana movie manufacturing firm Stellarblade is behind the swimsuit.
IGN stories the US-based firm filed a trademark infringement swimsuit, claiming the movie firm is being broken by Stellar Blade, the online game. Stellarblade CEO Griffith Chambers Mehaffey notes the movie firm has been round and kicking since 2010 with a web site since 2011.
He asserts that the sport’s reveal has made it tough to search out details about his enterprise and claims that it’s “unattainable” that Sony and Shift Up didn’t find out about his established enterprise of 15 years. He had despatched a stop and desist letter to the developer after submitting his personal trademark in June 2023, although with timing in place, in January 2023 the sport dev filed a trademark for Stellar Blade.
