MADiSON has a new trailer that, recorded on the Nintendo Switch, shows its jump-scares in action.
Sure, there’s more to this upcoming survival horror game, including a haunted camera that lets you look, and potentially travel, back through time. But MADiSON’s newest trailer seems set on making you jump out of your seat.

The new trailer, which is a good minute and a half longer than the previous reveal, doesn’t really give the camera a look-in. Instead, it shows Luca wandering gloomy corridors, statue-filled hallways and the like. It reminds us of a mash-up of P.T., “demo” for the now-cancelled Silent Hills and Blink, the episode of Doctor Who that introduced the Weeping Angels.
That said, at least one of MADiSON’s statues moves while you’re looking and more than a few morph into fleshy abominations, right before your eyes. Whether they present an actual threat is unclear; Layers of Fear, for example, is fun but it becomes less haunting when you realise the enemies can’t actually hurt you.
We won’t have long to find out just how much of a menace MADiSON’s monsters are. It’ll arrive on on PlayStation, Xbox and PC (via Steam) this June 24th and hit Nintendo Switch a month or so later.
