Trek to Yomi Collectibles List

For the “Upgrade” trophy / achievement you need all health / stamina upgrades, all skills, and all capacity increases too! The lore collectibles are the 60 artifacts. The most skills are unlock automatically during your gameplay. Some skills are hidden as “collectibles”, some skills are bounded to “hidden” enemies. Make sure you kill any enemy in the game along your natural story progress to unlock the skills. All others skills are shown in Frank’s handy guide. Under the timeline is a list how you obtain a specific skill (in chronological order) – All obtained on “Easy” difficulty level. It’s recommended you to play on easy for the collectibles.

You don’t have to get everything done in one single playthrough BUT there is no chapter selection. If you forget an item, you have to start a completely new game. In that round you only need to collect the item you are missing to unlock the trophy / achievement you’re after.
