Team of the Week

Week number 31 is here, bringing with it a few useful — if not essential — cards. The most obvious of the ones on offer here is Ronaldo as a 93-rated striker. Good numbers are an obvious takeaway for the 850k card, but when he has a 97-rated TOTY card it’s all a bit irrelevant even if the better version is over three million. Kimmich is back with another CDM card. This one is 92-rated with good technical numbers, but without the pace and shooting to really make this viable at the top level. However, I’ve always had a soft spot for cards like this as you can slow down the game to focus on passing and defensive positioning. Again, his Headliners is much better and 150k, whereas this TOTY card is around 50k. Haaland has another card rated at 89. This is going for 40k at the moment which is a bargain. Again, he has a better Rulebreaker and TOTY Mentions card, all priced at 50k intervals to 150k. Good value, actually.
Our Pick: Kalulu (Milan — RB — 84)
Kalulu is the featured player this week — that just means he gets a double boost — and he just so happens to be our pick, too. He is 20k and has solid underlying pace, defence, and physicality numbers for his 84 rating in a league that doesn’t really have the best options in that position. Therefore, if you are looking to build a Serie A team, then save your money by opting for Kalulu and stick an anchor on him, which will bring him to an 88 rating. A good deal!
SBCs

We have picked the currently available SBCs and priced them, as per FUTbin’s amazing listings. Tim Cahill has a 91 rated striker card worth 360k. So, this costs a lot of money, but the card is really good! We have the 90s in the most important places, meaning that popping a Deadeye, Finisher, or Marksman chem style is essential to wrap up a top-tier card. Four-star, four-star means you do have to be a bit careful about when you are using his left, but with 99 finishing it highly reduces the chances of a miss.
If you want them, Nkunku’s Bundesliga Player of the Month 91-rated card is available for 150k alongside Martin Terrier’s Ligue Un POTM car (the LW from Rennes is only 25k and 86-rated). Both are good, but Nkunku will be phased out soon and you can find much better than Terrier on the LW.
Objectives and Misc.
Silver Stars player Medel will take you the normal eight goals, six assists, and three wins. The second FUT Captains team is out, as well. There are some cool players in there!
