MW3 is introducing a completely new way for players to customize their weapons in the Gunsmith with Aftermarket Parts. <\/p>\n

Call of Duty always introduces new and innovative ways to customize your loadouts and approach gunfights in its games. Most recently, the Modern Warfare series introduced the Gunsmith, which allowed players to unlock attachments more efficiently. <\/p>\n

With MW3, Call of Duty is adding Aftermarket Parts to give some of the underused classes a chance to shine in the meta. Here is how this new function works and how you can use it to improve your loadout. <\/p>\n

What Are Aftermarket Parts in MW3?<\/h2>\n

MW3 Aftermarket Parts are attachments that will allow players to alter their guns for a completely different experience.<\/strong> These special attachments are only unlocked after reaching the maximum level with a weapon and completing a set of challenges. <\/strong><\/p>\n

The first Aftermarket Parts that players can unlock when MW3 releases are Conversion Kits. These kits essentially add a new dimension to the weapon it is attached to. However, players can only use them on a specific weapon. <\/p>\n

For example, the PULEMYOT 762 LMG will have a challenge after players reach the gun\u2019s max level to get 25 kills while hip-firing or using Tac-Stance. <\/p>\n
