Last night SEGA announced that they would be releasing an animated short to tie into their upcoming Sonic 2D platformer Sonic Superstars which is due to release this October. The beautifully animated short centres around Fang the Hunter, who first made his debut in the classic Game Gear title\u00a0Sonic the Hedgehog Triple Trouble. Watch Fang master his cunning and escape a deadly enemy in the tweet down below. <\/p>\n

While escorting Dr. Eggman and his hapless new helper Trip through a perilous ruin, Fang the Hunter will need to muster all his cunning to overcome past mistakes and escape the coils of a fierce new enemy.<\/p>\n
