As shown in the video above, if you travel to Akila City (found on the planet Akila in the Cheyenne system), find the puddle outside of Shepherd’s General Store, and line yourself up exactly in the right spot, you can access the vendor’s inventory, which includes everything the vendor is selling, as well as their credits. Interestingly, the game doesn’t see this as stealing, so you should be able to take everything without getting into trouble with the law. This bug can be exploited repeatedly; you just need to wait 24 hours of in-game time (some reports suggest 48 hours) until it can be repeated. <\/p>\n

If you’ve played other Bethesda RPGs, you’ll likely be familiar with what’s happening here. Bethesda usually stores vendors’ inventories in hidden chests under the map where they’re inaccessible to the player, but as you can see, the developer has left this one just inside of the player’s reach.
