Publisher Electronic Arts has teased that Respawn Entertainment<\/strong> has \u201cvery exciting\u201d games and projects in development. In a recent earnings call, EA CEO Andrew Wilson said that the studio proved to be one of the games industry\u2019s \u201cmost incredible\u201d acquisitions. <\/p>\n

Respawn has released a series of hit games<\/h2>\n

Having moved on from Titanfall, Respawn continues to release critically acclaimed and commercially successful games, including Star Wars: Jedi series and Apex Legends. It\u2019s no surprise that EA told shareholders that the studio created \u201cincredible value\u201d for the company. <\/p>\n

\u201cRespawn, of course, was maybe one of the most incredible acquisitions ever done in the industry,\u201d Wilson said (via SeekingAlpha). \u201cAnd they\u2019re an incredible team, and they\u2019ve created incredible value for us, for our shareholders, and certainly for these global communities of players across Apex and the Jedi series.\u201d<\/p>\n

Wilson then teased that Respawn has a number of projects in the works that EA is \u201cvery excited\u201d about but is unable to share details of at present. \u201cYou should imagine there\u2019s some other things going on at Respawn that we\u2019re very excited about that we\u2019re not going to talk about, but we\u2019re very excited about just given the quality of that group.\u201d<\/p>\n

Respawn has previously said that it would love to make a new Titanfall game, but a third game isn\u2019t in development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
