Today Sega revealed the opening animation of the upcoming Sonic game Sonic Superstars via a new trailer, and it looks really cool.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The animation is pretty much all you may expect from classic 2D Sonic, showcasing the Blue Blur and his friends as they run around, beat stuff with punches and hammers, pilot biplanes, and generally do Sonyc stuff, only to face their enemies at the end.<\/p>\n

Sonic Superstars\u00a0<\/em>appears to follow the successful blueprint of Sonic Mania<\/em>, but evolves the graphics without really losing the classic charm that players are used to.\u00a0<\/p>\n
