As we head into the final weeks of Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3, fans are listing everything that went wrong with WILDS.<\/p>\n

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 was initially quite a promising update to Epic Games\u2019 Battle Royale title. Bringing with it a new jungle biome, a decent enough battle pass, and a back-to-basics feel, the early days of the season actually felt relatively fresh.<\/p>\n

After Season 2 had a million different ways to take to the skies and avoid conflict, it was actually relatively nice not to worry about overpowered movement options for a few days.<\/p>\n

But now, a stale meta, the slower pace, and a poorly received Summer event have left the season feeling tired, with many fans simply waiting for whatever is coming next.<\/p>\n

Everything Wrong With Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3<\/h2>\n

The Jungle<\/strong><\/p>\n

A mixture of low visibility, mud and gravity-induced deaths have players avoiding this season\u2019s newest POI.<\/em><\/p>\n

Initially, the jungle biome was a lot of fun to explore, from its new mud mechanics to its raptor companions. Temples had interesting puzzles to crack, and the push toward thermal sight allowed us all to pretend to be the Predator.<\/p>\n

But after some time, the forest became a place many players simply chose to avoid. <\/p>\n

After all, the area is full of areas for campers to hide, mud can be a major inconvenience to deal with, and falling from a tree by mistake is something that\u2019s frankly happened one too many times for all of us.<\/p>\n

Finally, Optimus Prime has come to Fortnite in a long-awaited Transformers crossover that players have been requesting for years. And to say that the collaboration is underwhelming would be an understatement.<\/p>\n
Optimus Prime (and Primal) actually look quite good in-game, but neither of the skins can actually transform into their iconic alternate forms. The most we get is Prime\u2019s arm turning into a gun as an emote, which fans have complained about ever since the season began.<\/p>\n
