When you\u2019re out in the field hunting for quest items, the best strategy is to get in quickly and exfil before the map gets too hot. The IFAK is one of those quest items and can be a real pain to find if you don\u2019t know where to look. With this in mind, let me show you where to find an IFAK in Warzone 2 DMZ<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Warzone 2 DMZ<\/em>: Where to find an IFAK<\/h2>\n

If you\u2019re looking for IFAKs, you\u2019re likely collecting them to unlock your 2nd Insured Weapons Slot. The mission states you can find IFAKs \u2018in hospitals.\u2019 This isn\u2019t helpful, and you can acquire IFAKs all over the place if you know where to look.<\/p>\n

The IFAK can be found in medical facilities like hospitals, but it\u2019s not limited to just that location. Hospitals also have the nasty habit of attracting other Operators, making them pretty rough for solo players.<\/p>\n

My go-to place for IFAKs is green medical tents. There are dozens of them scattered across Al Mazrah, and they tend to be much quieter than hospitals. Most shelves in these tents have a chance to spawn an IFAK, and you can check a few of them in quick succession.<\/p>\n

If hospitals and tents aren\u2019t working for you, some AI soldiers even carry IFAKs. Naturally, shooting AI is likely to draw attention from other players, but if you can land your headshots, it\u2019s worth checking.<\/p>\n

Warzone<\/em> and DMZ<\/em> have dynamic loot spawns. This means that although the IFAK can<\/em> show up in these locations, it\u2019s not guaranteed. You could find 3 in a single session or go a few raids without seeing one. I always find items like this in abundance when I don\u2019t need them. If that happens to you, I can assure you, you aren\u2019t the only one!<\/p>\n

What\u2019s the point of an IFAK in DMZ<\/em>?<\/h3>\n

Despite being a first aid kit (IFAK stands for Individual First Aid Kit, after all), you won\u2019t be using the IFAK for healing in DMZ<\/em>. Instead, IFAKs are required to unlock your 2nd Insured Weapon Slot. Beyond that, they sell for a meager $100 and aren\u2019t worth collecting. As DMZ<\/em> is always changing, this may change in the future.<\/p>\n
