Final Fantasy VII Rebirth<\/strong> Director Naoki Hamaguchi has revealed during a new update on Twitter that the game will offer a \u2018high degree of freedom \u2018for players when exploring the world.<\/p>\n

Players will be able to journey across the wide and multifaceted world with a high degree of freedom, experiencing a myriad of different stories along the way.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

This latest update comes following news that development of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is progressing smoothly, and that the team are working on nailing down a release date for the highly anticipated follow-up.<\/p>\n

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the second instalment in the ongoing Final Fantasy VII Remake project, and takes place following Cloud and co\u2019s exploits in Midgar. Square Enix hasn\u2019t committed to a full release date yet, but has confirmed it will launch in Winter 2023.<\/p>\n
