Blizzard\u2019s Diablo 4<\/em> certainly isn\u2019t without its list of issues. While the beta is ongoing, many users are, erm, stress testing the early build and have become quite familiar with error codes. Diablo 4<\/em> Beta: What to do to fix error code 395002<\/h2>\n

I have run into error code 395002 more than once while playing the Diablo 4<\/em> Open Beta. Apparently, I\u2019m a magnet for disconnections. I\u2019ve been disconnected from the servers about a dozen times during the beta, and every so often my return is stonewalled by the error. The adjoined message for it reads: \u201cYour account is currently locked. Please wait a few minutes and try again (Code 395002).\u201d<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we don\u2019t seem to know what really causes the error to occur<\/strong>. It seems to be tied to server disconnects, and, during rare moments, the game prevents you from logging back in right away. It could be that your disconnect got flagged, or maybe you\u2019re trying to reconnect too quickly. Either way, there is a way to fix the issue.<\/p>\n

Basically, your best approach to fixing error code 395002 is to do what the message says: \u201cwait a few minutes.\u201d<\/strong> Being patient does grant rewards, and taking a short break before trying again should see you return to the game shortly. I\u2019ve tried relogging immediately a couple times to get the error again. But by waiting for a few minutes, I was able to rejoin my party soon enough.<\/p>\n

Certainly, it is frustrating to get kicked out of a game. It\u2019s just as frustrating to know that you also have to wait before relogging. Thankfully, the wait to come back isn\u2019t all too terrible. I usually take the time to run to the bathroom or get a drink. I just wish the game would stop disconnecting me in the middle of a quest. It\u2019s rude.<\/p>\n\n
