Starfield, Bethesda’s mammoth-sized space RPG,\u00a0is launching on September 6, the publisher\u00a0announced in a video today. Additionally, a presentation showcasing more of the game called Starfield Direct will air on June 11.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In a new video hosted by game director\u00a0Todd Howard, he states the Direct in June \u2013 which happens to be the weekend before E3 starts\u00a0\u2013\u00a0will provide a “deep dive” into the game. He reiterates that Starfield is\u00a0a unique experience that also has\u00a0many of the hallmarks fans expect from a\u00a0Bethesda title. We last saw Starfield during the Xbox Game Showcase last summer, where Bethesda\u00a0revealed its extensive scope, including thousands of planets, spaceship construction, environmental scanning, and other features.\u00a0<\/p>\n
