Genshin Impact maintenance time<\/h2>\n

The Genshin Impact 3.4 maintenance will take place on January 17, 2023. <\/strong>If this follows previous updates, servers will likely go down at\u00a06am server time (UTC+8) for around five hours. This translates to 3pm PDT, 6pm EDT, 11pm BST on January 16, and 12am CET, 8am AEST on January 17.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s always possible the game may need to go offline for emergency maintenance outside of these times. If this happens, we\u2019ll update this guide with official information from Hoyoverse.<\/p>\n

Genshin Impact maintenance rewards<\/h2>\n

Hoyoverse gives out rewards whenever a lengthy maintenance period takes place, as well as for any notable bugs that crop up.\u00a0For previous maintenance, players have usually received 300 Primogems, 60 for each hour the servers are expected to be offline.<\/p>\n

Players still get this amount regardless of whether the maintenance finishes early or not, and more Primogems\u00a0have\u00a0been given out\u00a0when the patching process has taken longer than planned. There was an extra 300 Primogems given for legacy issues from the 2.8 patch.<\/p>\n
