What is FIFA 23 Team of the Year (TOTY)?<\/h2>\n

FIFA 23 Team of the Year is a squad of 12 players who have been voted in as the best player in their positions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

These players will be boosted by a large amount with their overall often being in the mid to high 90s. This makes them some of the best players to own and use in FIFA.<\/strong><\/p>\n
