How to Do Hyper Training in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet<\/h3>\n To improve your Pokemon\u2019s stats through Hyper Training, you\u2019ll need to go to the trees behind the Poke Center in Montenevera, where you\u2019ll find the Hyper Trainer.<\/strong><\/p>\nGive him a Bottle Cap or Golden Bottle Cap, and select the Pokemon and their stat that you wish to improve.
