As per The Game Awards on Twitter, Konami will be revealing their plans for the future of Silent Hill<\/em> this Wednesday Oct. 19. <\/strong>Here\u2019s the post:<\/p>\n

We don\u2019t have any details about the upcoming reveal yet, but I guess Wednesday isn\u2019t that far off. The last official mainline Silent Hill<\/em> game came out back in 2012, and after ten years of no releases, Konami should be doing their best in bringing back one of the biggest horror game franchises out there. I mean, Silent Hill<\/em> was even big enough to get several Hollywood adaptations. I mean, they weren\u2019t that great, but it\u2019s at least a testament to how popular the games are.<\/p>\n

<\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/figure>\nBefore it was cancelled in 2015, Kojima\u2019s Silent Hills<\/em> game was generating a lot of hype, and a lot of fans were freaking out over the beta that released.
