DA4 was already going to Tevinter anyway meaning past decisions wouldn\u2019t have much affect because they all happened in southern Thedas, and DA4 will probably still have returning characters as well.<\/p>\n

Additionally by the time this game comes out, it\u2019ll have been nearly a decade since Inquisition released so a \u2018fresh start\u2019 makes sense to try and act attract new players, but it\u2019s still already been confirmed to be picking up in the plot thread set up at the end of Inquisition.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m more worried about how this \u2018fresh\u2019 start will impact the gameplay. BioWare has already been dumbing down their party mechanics, tactical aspects and player builds. I\u2019d hate for Dragon Age to go the andromeda route where companions are glorified NPCs who you have no control over and are essentially useless and the player is a solo god that can be a mage, warrior and rogue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
