US retailer GameStop has \u2018promoted\u2019 pre-owned copies of Platinum Games<\/strong>\u2018 flop Babylon\u2019s Fall<\/strong> to junk status, which means it\u2019ll simply be thrown away if not claimed. However, there\u2019s reports that people asking for the game are also being given it for free.<\/p>\n

To be honest, there\u2019s not a whole lot of point in getting Babylon\u2019s Fall at this point, even if it is for free. Platinum Games announced that the game will be shut down on February 27, 2023; there\u2019s no future for the title, and in case you didn\u2019t already know, it\u2019s pretty, well, rubbish.<\/p>\n

Babylon\u2019s Fall was released for PS5, PS4 and PC in March 2022, but was met with overwhelmingly negative reviews. Frankly, it\u2019s amazing that the developer responsible for gems such as Bayonetta and Vanquish were able to churn out such a terrible product, but let\u2019s just hope it\u2019s a rare misstep.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
