INDEX GAME, the Hong Kong based metaverse agency, has signed an investment agreement with\u00a0The Sandbox. As a result, the company has become the first officially appointed metaverse agency by The Sandbox. Together The Sandbox and INDEX GAME will work on metaverse development, creating\u00a0play-to-earn games\u00a0and enhancing the Web3 ecosystem.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

INDEX GAME is a new company in the blockchain industry and recently completed its first anniversary. The company focuses on designing voxel-based NFT assets, providing advertising solutions, buying and selling lands, and building game experiences.<\/p>\n

About the investment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Hong Kong based start-up INDEX GAME secured UA$1.7 million in funding from The Sandbox. The Sandbox will invest more in this company over time, and by 2023 the investment amount is expected to reach US$6 million. The Sandbox will also provide an exclusive arrangement to INDEX GAME for the IPs created as a result of this collaboration.<\/p>\n

During the past year, INDEX GAME has collaborated with several well-known Hong Kong based brands and has built four experiences in The Sandbox. The projects include South China Morning Post\u2019s first metaverse experience of Hong Kong Star Ferry Pier. The second project was Kowloon Walled City: The City of Darkness, based on a Hong Kong situation from the 1970s. The third project was Hanjin Music Palooza: The Monstrous Multicolor Guitar, which featured Chinese Musician Hanjin Tan and the fourth project was GO!GingerOnion 5**College from Hang Seng Bank.<\/p>\n
